Sorion Cream is an Ayurvedic-based treatment for dry, rough, reddened, and irritated skin. Its blend of ingredients has been used for thousands of years to treat skin conditions in India.
Suitable for daily use and as complementary care alongside other skincare treatments, it helps to calm, repair, and protect skin that has become dry and damaged. It is especially useful for itchy and/or flaky skin due to conditions such as psoriasis, neurodermatitis, eczema, and herpes.

The blend of coconut oil with neem, turmeric, Indian madder and sweet indrajao has a range of positive effects on the skin, with antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, and antioxidant actions.

The product did not lead to toxic- irritative intolerance reactions in patch testing carried out in accordance with international guidelines. The preparation can therefore be declared as dermatologically tested.
Apply a thin layer of the cream to affected areas in the morning and evening. Massage it gently onto the skin until it is absorbed.
Where the skin is flaky or reddened, do not rub the cream in. Instead, apply a thin layer and allow the skin to absorb it naturally. Repeat this during the day for more intensive care of especially irritated skin.
Sorion Cream is for external use only and care should be taken to avoid contact with the eyes and other mucous membranes. It should not be applied to open or weeping wounds, and do not use on cracked or infected skin.
After use, avoid direct sunlight on the patches of skin where it has been applied. Store it away from children, in a cool, dry place.
The colour and consistency of this cream may vary, due to its natural ingredient content, but this does not affect its healing actions.
It can be used by adults and children from 3 years and up and can generally be used safely during pregnancy but check your doctor if you are unsure.

However, the product contains petrolatum and paraffin, which can help limit water from evaporating across the skin surface. Also, petrolatum may be able to penetrate into the upper layers of the skin, and help fill the spaces between dead skin cells (1).
It is known, that in dry skin conditions, including psoriasis, water loss from the upper skin layer is linked to a reduced skin barrier function, which may be worsening the disease symptoms (2).
