Avène Thermal Spring Water Spray uses water captured at source to spray a fine mist on the surface of the skin, helping to soothe, soften, and protect dry and sensitive skin.

This is the same water that is contained in the entire range of Avène skincare products – now available in a spray on its own. It has a neutral pH and low mineral content but importantly contains ideal quantities of magnesium and calcium for skin health, as well as silicates that soften and improve skin texture and trace elements that help to restore the skin barrier.

The spray can be used for many purposes: as a daily part of the skincare routine before moisturising, and to bring balance to the skin; to help treat skin after a surgical procedure; to ease facial redness or irritation; to soothe sunburn or nappy rash; to help treat the skin after removing make-up or shaving; following exercise; after hair removal; or as a cooling mist while travelling. It can even be used to calm frizzy hair.

Daily life exposes people to many irritants that can trigger a skin reaction and it can be difficult to find the right formula to provide relief.  Many products on the supermarket or pharmacy shelves contain irritants themselves.  This spray is recommended for people with sensitive, hypersensitive, allergy-prone, or irritated skin, because of its purity and its gentle action. Children can use it as well as adults.

Avène Thermal Spring Water Spray contains only the water itself, captured from source; it uses nitrogen gas as the propellant.

After cleansing the face, hold the can of Avène Thermal Spring Water Spray upright, around 10cm away.  Spray a fine mist to cover the face and wait for around 20-30 seconds. Then pat the area dry using a cotton pad.

Use the spray as often as required. It can also be sprayed to soothe patches of irritated, red, or itchy skin on the face, neck, or body. Alternatively, take it with you when you travel as a refreshing mist in hot climates, or to cool down after exercising.

Store Avène Thermal Spring Water Spray out of reach of children and use only externally. Dispose of the can responsibly.
